About Me (or my business):: I started home gardening about 20 yrs. ago growing culinary herbs and vegetables on our apartment balcony in containers.
Later when we purchased our first home in central New Jersey I created a raised bed garden.
During summers when yields of vegetables are high we make our own sauces, salsas and relishes, spoon into glass jars and preserve using the canning or hot water bath process to enjoy all year round.
Recently my wife and I started making up gift baskets with our home made canned goods to give to friends and family for the holidays. They always requests more
